Season one = amazing season two = not so great, but could of been worse (stupid writer strike) Season three = back to what this show is about, amazing story, with plots and twist around every corner, when you think you got something figured out, they shove it in your face and say wrong! great!

I am loving season three so far. I'm a superhero uber-geek and this is what I look for in a show about "heroes". After suffering through the abomination that was season 2, season 3 is a breath of fresh air. We got rid of superfluous characters, (although I thought Adam got a raw deal), and the action has been ramped up big-time. Last season I dreaded each new episode but this time around Mondays can't come fast enough. I know there are a few annoying things as well, (too many Petrellis, some rather bizarre behaviour and bad dialogue for characters such as Claire and Peter), but I rally love the pace of season 3.

There were a few intriguing elements but otherwise the season premier was a disparate mess. They have no regard for the characters they set up and too little patience to start them over. Instead, they just change characters (Suresh, for instance) on a whim by tactlessly and explicitly stating their emotions to suit whatever outlandish plot they've come up with next. When this show started out, I had such high hopes for it, but after that episode I'm completely disinterested. It's amazing how quickly they squandered the the goodwill and hope they'd earned from viewers and critics alike. Figure out where you're going more than a season in advance, then go there. And take your time letting that story develop, jeeze!

The anticipation for the third installment has been high. Except it has been so long since the season two finale it's challenging to remember everything that is going on. So far, I personally believe that Season 3 has lived up to Heroes hype. The primary focus being the Villians gives a different change of secenery and let's Kring dive deeper into his dark creative mind.

I am loving this season so far! I don't see how anyone can "not" love this show.

Not bad, tying up the some of the mess left behind by season 2, hopefully season 3 will improve from here. loved the closing monologue of the first episode, "Second Coming" by WB Yeats.

1st episode seemed like it tried to tackle too many threads within 2 hours. We'll see what happens over the season... Maybe it was just enough to tease.
