Try singing Fat Bottomed Girls or We Will Rock You without pretending you are at Wembley Stadium or I Want to Break Free without pretending to do the hoovering. This is great fun especially after a few drinks with a group of friends and a far better bet than Next Gen and Vol 2 for an all round good time.

At the end of the day if you are a Queen fan than this is the game for you.

You will have to look at the list and see if it covered your favorites or if you don’t know enough of them to justify the $39.99 PS3 price point or $29.99 PS2 price point which does not include those last 5 tracks!

All together a real must-have for Queen fans and all folks who like to party and sing karaoke.

Singstar Queen is a excellent addition to the series and considering the price and the fact that there are 20+ songs on the disc, it's also great value. Long may these excellent additions to Singstar continue.

Singstar Queen is the most fun, challenging and rewarding experience to appear on a Singstar game line-up. Do I need to add that Singstar Queen is much more amusing than Singstar ABBA?

The songs in SingStar Queen are simply great and lend themselves well to living room karaoke.

What sets this Queen game apart from all of the other SingStar titles in the past is the sheer level of complexity behind every vocal performance of a Queen song.

Singstar Queen is all a combined Queen and Singstar fan could hope for. Some vital songs are missing, but for the most part they are all there. If you hate Queen, don’t bother, but if you would love to pick up where Freddie left off then this if for you.

The entire set of songs is very attractive and easy to like for those who have a special affection for the band or any kind of connection with some of the songs. Singstar Queen is a must for all fans of the band.

A ‘must-have’ for Queen fans; a ‘should-have’ for regular SingStar players.

SingStar Queen is a superb addition to the franchise. Ironically it’s not for the die hard fans, since they’ve already bought most of the songs from the SingStore, but for those fans that haven’t got Queen songs yet, it’s an absolute must buy.

Unless you hate Queen (boo!) this is near essential. [May 2009, p.99]
Eurogamer Spain
Invite some friends, grab some beers, SingStar Queen and a couple of mics and you'll have everything you need for a memorable evening singing classics like Under Pressure or Somebody to Love. It's only flaw is that many songs were already available on the SingStore.

The addition of trophies is welcome. [Aug 2009, p.73]
Worth Playing
SingStar: Queen is the type of track pack that you want other music games to follow. It takes the songs from one band, puts it in a compilation for fans to enjoy, and retains features from the series' previous titles.

If you’re a Queen fan and don’t mind about the artist vocals then by all means pick up this game, some mics, and call a few friends over. However, if you take your social singing seriously then you’re better off going to your local bar/bowling alley/karaoke parlor and get your fix there. Or better yet, invest in a karaoke machine.

Some great tracks, but value is determined by how many of them you've already downloaded.

With a little effort, SingStar Queen's riotous rock will make you feel like a star.

SingStar Queen is a great addition to the band-specific discs that Sony continues to release. If you are a fan the 25 songs on the disc are more than enough to warrant a purchase.

For those that enjoy karaoke, or those who are Queen fans and own a PS3 or PS2, SingStar Queen is most likely a no-brainer of a purchase granted you are willing the pay the retail price. That being said, the franchise has not made any significant leaps with this installment and the SingStar franchise as a whole is getting a bit stale.

Nevertheless, if it's a good singing game you're after, SingStar Queen says it loud and clear – "We Will Rock You".

If you like Queen and Singstar, then this is definitely one to get. Though I can't imagine playing it for more than a few hours, it should be a hit at parties.

SingStar: Queen is clearly just a track pack, offering nothing new to the series. If you’re a fan of the group and don’t already own any of the songs for the game then it may be a worthy purchase. For anybody just wanting their most well known songs, then it’s probably best to save your money and buy the songs from the SingStore.

Real music fans can’t dislike the Queen. Singstar: Queen keeps all the good things the serie has, introducing one of the best bands of all time.

s always, it's tough to compare SingStar Queen to other games in the series, but for Queen fans this could well be the Game of the Year. The reason why the score above is that bit lower than the SingStar ABBA review is that the best of these songs have been knocking around on the SingStore for months.

Singstar Queen has an excellent soundtrack and for this reason alone the game is a more than welcome addition to the karaoke-genre. On the other hand, the game doesn't even attempt to be innovative and some of the songs where already available in the SingStore. Nevertheless, Singstar Queen will make you sing like a bird.

Nothing new, but add enough throatal lubrication and it's a hoot. [June 2009, p.65]

If you're looking to bolster your post-pub tracklist then you can't go wrong with this. [May 2009, p.76]

If you're a Singstar fan and a Queen fan then precious minutes shouldn't be spent on reading this review, but on picking up the game.

So, SingStar Queen does exactly what it says on the tin. And with SingStar’s recently released wireless microphones, there’s never been a better time to unleash our inner Freddie Mercury.

In comparison with other musical tribute games like Guitar Hero: Metallica, the Singstar Queen experience feels less like a tribute and more of a cash grab.

SingStar Queen is not a bad game but unfortunately it's not a queen in the franchise. Who wants to play this when most songs were already available in the SingStore? Overall, it's not quite the success we hoped for.
It fares no better than the last PS3 SingStar release (save for perhaps offering a little more widespread appeal), and the PS3 version of the game simply shouldn't exist outside of the SingStore.
